Challenge
The redesign aimed to engage a variety of stakeholders while balancing departmental priorities. The goal was to create visually appealing emails that effectively conveyed key information while adhering to McMaster’s brand standards. Collaboration and educating stakeholders on user experience best practices and design consistency were essential to achieving success.

Solution
I designed a clean, minimalist layout with bold visuals and simplified structures, ensuring that it is flexible and easy to adapt within the limitations of Dynamics. The user-friendly templates come with clear instructions and feedback loops, emphasizing skimmable content. This approach has led to higher engagement, increased event RSVPs, and improved team satisfaction, fostering a stronger sense of pride within the DeGroote community.
